I am currently hosted by another company and already have a domain name, can I have my site hosted by you instead? And how do I change my domain to point to your servers?
Yes you certainly can! After you sign up to point the domain you already own to our servers all you need to do is either email the support staff where you registered your domain (also some domain registrars have a control panel where you can login and change your domains name servers yourself). Simply send them the name servers that are listed in your setup email from us and then your domain will be pointing to our servers in about 24-48 hours (this is the time it takes for name server changes to go through).

A shared IP address is the IP address of the entire server so it is not unique to your site. A unique IP address will allow you to access your site via a number (for example: http://123.456.78.910 will point to the same place as http://www.yourdomain.com).
